The Loot

As I mentioned yesterday, Amy and I did some Sunday shopping together. We decided to hit up the Cambridge stores The Garment District, Goodwill, and Buffalo Exchange.

At The Garment District I found this Nordstrom brand leather purse. It was a bit pricey at $35 (pricey for a used "thrift store" purse), but it hardly seemed used and I really like the shape and style of it.

Oh, and I am totally wearing my pj's in these pics ;)

I also purchased this $4 little boy's cummerbund after being inspired by this Flickr photo:

Next at Goodwill I found a Brooks Brother's button down top for $2.50 that will be perfect for work. I am not attempting to take my own photo since it just looks like a wrinkly mess, so here is something similar.

Finally at Buffalo Exchange I found this Lauren Moffatt top for $21. I had never been to a Buffalo Exchange before, and now I am seriously obsessed. It didn't seem like anything was over $30 and they had a pretty good selection of items.

My total for the day was $62.50 which definitely was more than I wanted to spend, but I think I came home with some good pieces.

Wow on that bag! It looks brand new (and right on trend with the bucket shape). I've never even heard of buffalo exchange but I guess now I have to add it to my list!

Oooh that handbag is fantastic! I love the bucket shape. 35 isn't so bad, especially if its real leather.
