Today I ventured over to the brand new Salvation Army store on my lunch break. It was HUGE and very clean which was nice. I was looking for some new winter boots (something like these... actually $29.99 is not bad. I might have to order them) Anywho, I did not find any boots, but I did find a beaded skinny belt and a top. Both are cuter in person. The belt will fit high waisted and the top is a little tunic like. I am planning on pairing it w/ my J Crew leggings and tall brown boots.

No, they only have a size 6 left :( Its annoying me how no boots are onsale online and also that no stores seems to have boots since they are bringing in their spring merchandise. We still have 3 months of winter left people!

I love going into a new thrift store. It feels almost like department store shopping, but everything is really on sale!
We got a couple of inches of snow on Sunday night, but I went out thrifting anyway. I'm glad I did too because we're just getting more snow today :(
oh, I have such a serious soft spot for those beaded childrens belts- I actually have one very similar but it doesn't say ALASKA you're a lucky gal!
